Standard turnaround is 48-72 hours depending on your plan and the complexity of the video. Rush delivery options are available for time-sensitive projects. You'll receive a notification when your video is ready for review in your dashboard.
Yes! All plans include at least one round of revisions. Simply use the conversation thread attached to your video request to provide feedback, and our team will make the adjustments. Additional revision rounds may be available depending on your plan.
We accept payments via PayPal and all major credit/debit cards through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.). All transactions are securely processed and you'll receive an invoice for every payment.
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard, and the pricing difference will be prorated. To downgrade, simply select a new plan at the end of your current billing cycle. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades or at the next renewal for downgrades.
We deliver in MP4 format optimized for your target platform. Standard sizes include 16:9 (landscape for YouTube), 9:16 (portrait for TikTok/Reels/Shorts), and 1:1 (square for Instagram feed). You can specify your preferred format in the video brief.
You can cancel anytime from your Settings page — no questions asked. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access to all your completed videos and assets.
